- In May 1994 Cisaplast got the Quality System certification in accordance with the standard UNI EN 29002; 1988 from the body Det Norske Veritas;
- In November 1995 the Quality System has been conformed to the standard UNI EN ISO 9002; 1994;
- In May 2000 the certification has been extended to the standard UNI EN ISO 9001; 1994;
- In June 2003 the certification has been conformed to the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000;
The relationship with the customer and its satisfaction is for Cisaplast the primary goal and this is the reason why we put the maximum care in the service and assistance to the client. The other tools of management includes:
- non-stop control and improvement of the process, products and services;
- promotion and diffusion of the non-stop improvement culture both inside the company and through the involvement of the customers and suppliers;
- staff involvement and motivation through the training from every level;
- prevention of problems and non-conformities in order to reduce and eliminate every inefficiency and waste.
